1. How long will it take to get my watch?

Most watches are shipped within 2 to 3 days of receipt of payment. Delays can result if your watch requires an unusual amount of artwork setup or if there is an issue with watch availability. In that case it may take up to 2 weeks for your watch to be shipped. You will be contacted by email if any delay is expected. Delivery can take as much as 2 weeks by mail but most shipment arrive in about 1 week. Overnight or 3 day service available upon request.

2. How does payment work?

Paypal is the most convenient form of online payment. Funds can be securely transferred from your credit card or bank account to our account. If Paypal is not an option, 'International Money Orders' are also accepted. Send us an email for more info email Drivetime

3. Is shipping free?

All watches are shipped free. Larger items such as clocks are subject to shipping charges. Click on the Shipping link for more info.

4. Will any image work on any watch?

We do not recommend a dark image on a watch with black hands for obvious reasons. If the image you have chosen is not suited to your watch choice, we will suggest a replacement or we will modify the image to suit your watch choice.

5. Are there any setup or hidden charges on custom watches?

Setup charges for custom watches will only occur if the image you send is of poor quality and requires a lot of extra time to cleanup. This happens on very rare occasions.

6. How does it work if I live in Canada? Payments are accepted in Canadian funds on Paypal or with a standard Canadian money order.

7. How does it work if I want to sell watches on my own website? Since we are able to produce custom watches on an individual basis, it is possible for us to direct ship to your customers as orders come to you. See dealer page for discount structure. Email us for more information.

8. Can I put any image on a clock?

No! Due to the size of the clocks only vector images can be used. If you provide us with vector artwork of you logo, custom clocks are possible.
